CHANGING A PASSWORD IS VERY DIFFICULT DUE TO GOOGLE APPS SECURITY!!!

TELL YOUR RESIDENT TO BE VERY SURE ABOUT NAME ON ACCOUNT, USER NAME, AND PASSWORD BEFORE YOU SET UP THE ACCOUNT.

How to…change a password ADMINISTRATORS ONLY

The resident user is NOT allowed to change password beyond the temporary one assigned upon registering for an account. A user with an administrator’s account may change it as follows:

1. Log in to your administrator’s account and navigate to DASHBOARD.
2. Click ORGANIZATION AND USERS.
3. Click user in the list to MANAGE that account.
4. Click CHANGE PASSWORD and proceed with process.
